Overview
Prior to launch, Warner Bros. Games engaged our team to conduct an independent UX and UI assessment of Mortal Kombat Onslaught, a mobile RPG experience built around one of gaming's most recognizable franchises.
As part of a specialized UX review team, I helped evaluate the game's onboarding, core gameplay loops, progression systems, monetization experiences, and interface design to identify opportunities for improvement before release.
The engagement focused on uncovering usability risks, validating player-facing experiences, and providing actionable recommendations that could strengthen retention, engagement, and overall product quality.

- Interaction clarity.
- Error prevention.
- Player engagement.
Strategic Recommendations
Following the assessment, findings were organized into a prioritized framework that helped stakeholders understand both short-term opportunities and longer-term improvement areas.
